Child safeguarding & practitioner resources
Jen Radler
Creating practical training and resources that help those caring for children provide safe, compassionate care.
Jen first came to Kenya on a mission trip in 2014 and moved here full-time in 2016. She holds a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Lipscomb University and previously worked as an outpatient mental health case manager in the United States.
Her ministry in Kenya began through a partnership with Christian Relief Fund, serving as a school counselor and medical case manager for sponsored students. Her work later expanded to medical case management for patients in rural villages.
At WezaCare, Jen is an instructional designer developing practical resources and training for practitioners, with a focus on child safeguarding and protection. Across these roles, her work has centered on supporting children and families and equipping those who care for them.
