Our Solution

WezaCare incorporates a collaborative approach focused on providing CCIs with the relevant resources in their transition to Child Welfare Programs(CWPs) through our primary program, the Transition Accelerator Program.

A key part of our commitment is ThriveCare, a powerful case management app designed specifically for child welfare organizations. ThriveCare streamlines processes, helping institutions monitor and support each child’s journey home with accuracy and care. By combining our expertise with advanced digital tools, we help CCIs build sustainable, family-focused programs that make a lasting impact on children’s lives.

Consulting

The Consulting Department is the core driver of our mission, providing guidance to Charitable Children’s Institutions (CCIs) and partners on their journey toward family and community-based care. This team includes specialized development consultants in areas like social work, counselling, child protection and safeguarding. Walking with our partners on family-based community-based care, organizational development, and program development through training, consulting and mentorship. Their expertise ensures that CCIs receive the support needed to safely and effectively transition to Child Welfare Programs (CWPs) prioritizing the child’s best interests.

Software Engineering

The team of software engineers work to build tools that help organisations to either increase their organisational capacity or their impact capacity and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the capacity that they have. These tools create efficient workflows for social workers, counsellors, and managers to maximise their impact on serving vulnerable children. The Engineering team primarily benefits partners and members who use innovative tools to enhance their case management process.|

The Media & Communications Department creates content that advocates for global involvement and individual responsibility in protecting and caring for children within safe, loving, and sustainable families. They are committed to driving social change in the care reform sector by sharing powerful stories of transition and showcasing the benefits of family and community-based care. Through strategic communication and storytelling, this team raises awareness, inspires action, and highlights partner journeys.

The Support Services Department ensures our organization operates smoothly and sustainably, focusing on staff welfare, finance, and legal compliance. They oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to staff benefits, and provide strategic financial counsel to safeguard the organization’s health. Their work strengthens our organizational capacity, allowing us to effectively and efficiently fulfill our mission.
