The Consulting Department is the core driver of our mission, providing guidance to Charitable Children’s Institutions (CCIs) and partners on their journey toward family and community-based care. This team includes specialized development consultants in areas like social work, counselling, child protection and safeguarding. Walking with our partners on family-based community-based care, organizational development, and program development through training, consulting and mentorship. Their expertise ensures that CCIs receive the support needed to safely and effectively transition to Child Welfare Programs (CWPs) prioritizing the child’s best interests.
The team of software engineers work to build tools that help organisations to either increase their organisational capacity or their impact capacity and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the capacity that they have. These tools create efficient workflows for social workers, counsellors, and managers to maximise their impact on serving vulnerable children. The Engineering team primarily benefits partners and members who use innovative tools to enhance their case management process.|

The Support Services Department ensures our organization operates smoothly and sustainably, focusing on staff welfare, finance, and legal compliance. They oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to staff benefits, and provide strategic financial counsel to safeguard the organization’s health. Their work strengthens our organizational capacity, allowing us to effectively and efficiently fulfill our mission.
Our Design and Innovation Department is at the forefront of developing creative solutions that support Charitable Children’s Institutions (CCIs) in their transition to family and community-based care. By integrating design thinking with deep knowledge of child welfare, this team crafts tools and resources that empower CCIs to adopt approaches centered on the child’s best interests. Their work ensures that our guidance and training materials are both impactful and accessible, driving positive change for children and families.
The Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) team plays a vital role in tracking the effectiveness of our work with CCIs, ensuring that every step of the transition process aligns with the child’s best interests. Through data collection and analysis, this team provides actionable insights that help refine our programs and assess their impact on children and families. They ensure that our approach remains responsive, accountable, and focused on achieving lasting, meaningful outcomes in family-based care.
